In her free time, she is a ballroom dance instructor and enjoys watching her son’s club soccer games. In addition to her work with her patients, Dr. Prida maintains an interest in the latest advances in dental technologies. She is a member of the Dallas County Dental Society, Texas Dental Association, American Dental Association, and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. Dr. Prida is also a member of the Texas Army National Guard by providing dental care to those who protect our country. Dr. Prida graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Lipscomb Christian University in Nashville, Tennessee. She then enrolled at Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas, where she graduated with a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS).
At U-Pitt, Dr. Pathiyil was driven by the institution’s cutting-edge focus on surgical training and state-of-the-art equipment’s. Therefore, Dr. Pathiyil has extensive experience in implant dentistry – including single, multiple unit and full arch fixed dental prostheses. Dr. Pathiyil also received extensive training in esthetic and restorative dentistry such as fabrication of crowns, bridges, full mouth dental rehabilitation and removable prosthetics. He enjoys working step by step with all aspects of patient care.
Dr. Pathiyil is also an active member of the American College of Prosthodontists, the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, and the Texas Dental Association. In his spare time, Dr. Pathiyil enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids. He loves to cook, travel and backpack across state parks. Dr. Pathiyil is excited for the opportunity to build smiles, restore oral health, and bring hope to the many patients in his community.
