We hope this letter finds you and your family in good health. Our community has been through a lot over the last few months, and all of us are looking forward to resuming our normal habits and routines. While many things have changed, one thing has remained the same: our commitment to your safety.
Infection control has always been a top priority for our practice and you may have seen this during your visits to our office. Our infection control processes are made so that when you receive care, it’s both safe and comfortable. We want to tell you about the infection control procedures we follow in our practice to keep patients and staff safe.
Our office follows infection control recommendations made by the American Dental Association (ADA), the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). We follow the activities of these agencies so that we are up-to-date on any new rulings or guidance that may be issued. We do this to make sure that our infection control procedures are current and adhere to each agencies’ recommendations.
You may see some changes when it is time for your next appointment. We made these changes to help protect our patients and staff. For example:
• Our office will communicate with you beforehand to ask some screening questions. You’ll be asked those same questions again when you are in the office.
• We have hand sanitizer that we will ask you to use when you enter the office. You will also find some in the reception area and other places in the office for you to use as needed.
• You may see that our waiting room will no longer offer magazines, children’s toys and so forth, since those items are difficult to clean and disinfect.
• Appointments will be managed to allow for social distancing between patients. That might mean that you’re offered fewer options for scheduling your appointment.
• We will do our best to allow greater time between patients to reduce waiting times for you, as well as to reduce the number of patients in the reception area at any one time.
We look forward to seeing you again and are happy to answer any questions you may have about the steps we take to keep you, and every patient, safe in our practice. To make an appointment, please call our office at office number or visit our website at web address. Thank you for being our patient. We value your trust and loyalty and look forward to welcoming back our patients, neighbors and friends.
“I recently changed dental offices and I am very happy I did. The office is beautiful and very welcoming. The entire staff is great and Dr. Rouse is very caring and made my visit easy and painless. I would recommend this office to any one looking for a new dentist.”
“I am new to the area and was missing our last family dentist. But Dr Rouse and the rest of the staff made me feel right at home. The hygienist Susie was very gentle and thorough with my cleaning, and also answered all my questions patiently. Dr Rouse has a friendly demeanor and is knowledgeable. The front office staff is very good as well, although sometimes seem confused. They have a nice office too. Will be going there with my two kids from now on.”
“Best dentistry in town. They are always prompt, super friendly from the receptionist in the front to staff in the back, and Dr. R is truly sincere about your dental hygiene. The place is well maintained and inviting. Highly recommended…”
“Great experience. Incredibly friendly. Modern. Clean. Inviting office space. Excellent service. Family of 6 been going here for years and wouldnt go anywhere else. Keep up the great work Dr. Rouse!”
“I have been seeing Dr. Rouse for several years – generally for teeth cleaning. However, on my last visit Dr. Rouse discovered that I had a cracked tooth, which, of course, needed to be crowned. Not having real work done on my teeth in years (other than cleaning) I was apprehensive about the shots that would be involved in numbing my mouth. Fortunately, there was nothing to worry about. Thanks to Dr. Rouse and his assistant, there was virtually no pain involved – thanks also to the latest numbing swabs and anesthetics. I was really amazed – and happy too. I felt that my comfort was their number one priority. Can’t wait to go back in six months!”
“Great experience with this Dentist. I’ve been there 4 times and they are always so friendly and really seem to care about you. Dr. Rouse is a great Dentist and did an excellent job on my crowns. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a beautiful office, pleasant and competent staff and a great Dentist.”
“I had a regular cleaning done about a month ago and then I had 4 fillings done today. Dr Rouse was very patient when i was anxious, friendly, and explained everything that was going on. His assistant Kristen was also very kind and knowledgeable. My hygienist last time was Adrienne and she was incredibly personable and knew what she was doing. The front door staff is also warm and friendly. Everyone at LoveJoy dentistry is sweet, caring, and most importantly, they know what they’re doing. I highly recommend this place to anyone!”
